Hier, FrenchWeb vous détaillait la stratégie mobile du premier site e-commerce français Voyages-sncf.com, présent à LeWeb’11. Aujourd’hui, nous vous proposons une infographie qui met en avant le positionnement « SoLoMo » de la société.
Au menu :
- 2M de billets vendus via le canal mobile.
- 1/4 des clients mobiles utilisent uniquement ce support pour réserver leur voyage.
- 20% des acheteurs mobiles sont de nouveaux clients.
- Les réservations par mobile concernent principalement les 26-38 ans.
- 3M d’applications téléchargées.
- 100 000 billets vendus sur iPad, soit 15% des ventes mobiles fin 2011.
- Une activité mobile qui ne concerne toutefois que 3% du volume d’affaires en 2011.
