Global retail landscape is evolving very quickly, and both retailers and pure players are at a tipping point. To help brands and retailers, notably Inno, win over these accelerating changes, Havas Group is launching a new practice dedicated to retail: h/commerce, starting with the Havas Village in Brussels
Havas Group has already a strong expertise in retail in more than 100 countries where more than 1000 consulting-creative/media/data experts already solve the most complex retail issues for 250 retailer clients. It was about time to federate this collective expertise!
h/commerce will deliver services such as global retail and shopper insights
brand creative and media strategies, shopper data strategies, store design and execution, loyalty programs, e and m-commerce, future innovation consulting and regular thematic dossiers on key retail disrupters ( Amazon and Alibaba), targets ( the milenials) or emerging trands ( v commerce, phygital stores…)
Those services will be provided through a central team based in Paris and through our proprieatary Knowledge management Platform, Agora which will regroup our collective intelligence on retail.
In Belgium, Ingrid Bottleberghs Chief Strategy Officer of Havas Brussels and Morgan Libert Chief transformation officer Havas Media will lead the practice together for havas Village. They will work with the brand leaders, and on Inno, with Carine obviously.
h/Commerce will be launched country by country starting with Belgium first country to launch this month. Spain, France, Poland and Russia will follow in early 2019. The objective is to implement h/commerce in all villages Havas in the world by fall 2019
